Delivery Hero
• Acquire new restaurants to partner with foodpanda • Effectively communicate the benefits of foodpanda's premium product • Negotiate contracts with partner restaurants • Present foodpanda’s packages to potential vendors • Work closely with other departments for successful vendor incubation • Exceed sales goals and drive volume & quality sales • Monitor competitor activities and provide recommendations for market share improvements • Gather feedback from partner restaurants for management recommendations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, mass communication or related area preferred
- At least 1 - 2 years experience in sales, business development, upselling
- Good understanding of Sales Pipeline Management
- Good communication skills
- Preferably comfortable to speak in both English, Filipino, and in the local dialect in the area
- Open for fresh graduates
- Preferably with sales experience through internship
- Open to do extensive fieldwork within Quezon Province (Lucena/Candelaria)
- Persuasive and highly motivated to over-achieve sales target
- Excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and friendly rapport with customers/clients
- Ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers/clients
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is an advantage
- Self motivated team player with a proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and can work independently

We are looking for driven sales professionals who are ready to grow with us. As a Business Development Executive, you will own net-new logo acquisition across all customer segments with a focus on Mid-Market. You will carry a quota, execute a consultative sales motion, and build trusted relationships that turn prospects into long-term partners. This is a role for someone who brings energy, process discipline, and a genuine curiosity about the customers they serve — and who wants to be part of a high-performance team where methodology, strategy, and coaching are the foundations of success.
