• Own the marketing programs that help customers adopt more of our platform. • Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives focused on customer health, retention, expansion, and re-engagement. • Work closely with Customer Success, Account Managers, and our Go-to-Market Engineering (GTME) team. • Improve Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and reduce preventable churn. • Create a steady pipeline of expansion opportunities across our existing customer base.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS lifecycle, customer, or retention marketing.
  • Experience marketing to developer-focused audiences.
  • Data-driven approach to segmentation, timing, and measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success and Sales.
