Digital Marketing Manager

• Own total website traffic, SEO performance, conversion rate, and priority-page performance. • Manage day-to-day updates and governance for Zonar.com and related digital properties. • Build, update, and maintain website pages, landing pages, thank-you pages, CTAs, metadata, and digital content in HubSpot CMS. • Own SEO and development agency relationships, ensuring their work supports traffic, conversion, and performance goals. • Improve organic visibility, traffic quality, priority keyword performance, and high-value website paths. • Maintain website structure, navigation, URL hygiene, redirects, and page quality. • Publish and maintain blogs, case studies, white papers, PDFs, resource-center assets, and campaign content. • Partner with Demand Generation on landing page performance and campaign conversion paths. • Partner with Marketing Operations on form setup, tracking, routing, automation, and data capture. • QA website updates, campaign pages, mobile experiences, forms, and core user journeys. • Monitor website performance, SEO progress, conversion trends, and key digital issues. • Maintain a prioritized website backlog and communicate status to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Strong CMS and web production experience, preferably with HubSpot CMS.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, website analytics, landing pages, redirects, metadata, CTAs, and conversion-rate optimization.
  • Experience owning or directly contributing to website traffic, SEO, and conversion-rate goals.
  • Familiarity with GA4, HubSpot reporting, and campaign performance measurement.
  • Experience coordinating with SEO, development, or digital agency partners.
  • Detail-oriented QA mindset with strong project management habits.
  • Comfortable working across Brand, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Sales, and Product Marketing.
  • High level of English proficiency — all communication and work product will need to be in English.
