• Prepare, review, post, verify, and record customer payments and accounts receivable transactions. • Create accurate customer invoices in accordance with company policies and government contract requirements. • Assist with Government Contract (GovCon) billing and invoicing processes while learning applicable regulations and customer-specific requirements. • Generate and reconcile monthly billing statements using financial and accounting systems. • Maintain and update customer records, including contact information and billing details. • Organize, file, retrieve, and maintain financial documentation and supporting records. • Communicate billing updates and changes with internal departments to ensure timely processing. • Assist with month-end billing activities and other accounting support functions. • Identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. • Perform other duties as assigned in support of Accounting and Operations.

• Assist with procuring training facilities, ranges or other venues, catering, air or ground transportation, lodging, interpreters and/or translators, passports/visas, etc. • Support Global Logistics Manager (GLM) with entry and monitoring of vendors in the Makwa Global GAN Compliance Management System. • Coordinate, on behalf of the GLM, with Government Counterpart on support/ logistics requirements and issues. • Coordinate actively with 3rd party vendors or in-country service providers including vendors, venue management, training center management, and Post/Host Country Representatives to ensure that efforts are fully supported. • Maintain accurate records of all correspondence from Governmental program representatives and 3rd Party Vendors to report on support/logistics requirements. • Be available during normal duty hours and accommodate surge/emergency requirements to meet with U.S. Government personnel to discuss problem areas, in support of the GLM. • Be available to travel with the GLM to oversee, troubleshoot, or assess the quality of in-country delivery support/logistics arrangements, All other duties deemed necessary by Makwa Leadership.

• Deliver as-needed virtual DevResults trainings to INL implementers, covering system navigation, report template completion, and submission process in accordance with established training protocols. • Provide tailored coaching and troubleshooting support to users, including follow-on assistance for implementers experiencing challenges after initial trainings. • Ensure implementers input complete and accurate performance data into the DevResults system by reinforcing best practices and guidance during trainings. • Assist in maintaining the scheduled sessions, communicating with implementers, and distributing training material and follow-on resources.

• Serve as the single point of accountability to the Government (COR, GTM, stakeholders) for overall contract performance, execution, and delivery • Lead and manage end-to-end execution of SOE and CBRNE requirements, including SME support, procurement, logistics, export, and final delivery • Oversee rapid response to BPA call orders, ensuring execution under urgent, time-sensitive conditions with little or no advance notice • Develop, implement, and maintain the Program Management Plan, Communication Plan, and Risk Mitigation Plan as required contract deliverables • Direct global logistics operations, including shipment coordination, export documentation, customs clearance, and delivery to end users • Ensure performance across key SOW parameters, including: • logistics management • delivery timeliness • cargo movement • Manage program schedule, milestones, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and mission objectives • Lead risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution, including supply chain, compliance, and operational risks • Provide continuous communication and reporting to the Government, including status updates, progress reports, and deliverables • Manage and integrate subcontractors, vendors, and partners, ensuring alignment, accountability, and performance • Ensure equipment sourcing and substitution capability, including delivery of state-of-the-art and available technologies • Maintain operational readiness posture, including pre-positioned resources, supplier networks, and rapid decision-making capability • Oversee problem resolution and lessons learned processes, driving continuous improvement across task orders • Ensure full compliance with export controls, customs requirements, and international regulations • Maintain adherence to security requirements, including handling of classified information and personnel clearance compliance • Coordinate and support kickoff meetings, recurring stakeholder engagements, and program reviews • Ensure all documentation, reporting, and contract deliverables are accurate, timely, and compliant with contract requirement
