Salesforce Architect
EVT
• Conduct technical assessments of Salesforce environments • Perform analyses of architecture, code, automations, data model, permissions, and integrations • Identify risks and opportunities for improvement • Consolidate technical diagnoses • Support the definition of recommendations • Deliver the final project report
Job Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce, including Apex, SOQL, Triggers, and Service Classes
- Experience analyzing Flows and Process Builder automations
- Knowledge of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)
- Experience with integrations using Named Credentials, Apex callouts, REST, and SOAP
- Familiarity with SFDX, Bitbucket, and deployment strategies across environments
- Experience with OWD, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets
- Experience integrating with ERPs via middleware
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Cloud and Partner Community
- Soft skill: Collaborative team player
- Strong communication skills and proactivity
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize

• Handle and convert incoming guest calls always meeting touchpoint expectations during guest interactions to close the sale. • Ensure compliance with GRSC call flow, touchpoints, and selling strategies. • Complete daily administrative routines (system logins, checklists, e mails, trainings). • Manage guest voicemails and conduct callbacks. • Monitor and manage property waitlists, including availability checks and guest callbacks. • Engage in extensive training modules (Back to Basics, OSHA, Security Awareness, property-specific training).
