• Lead the administration of approximately $30 million in EMR modernization funding • Provide leadership for the statewide grants program supporting over 70 healthcare organizations • Ensure funding activities comply with applicable federal and state regulations • Oversee grants administration, funding oversight, compliance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and risk management

• Manage assigned programs including applying standards and consensus procedures, reviewing audits and communicating about and resolving problems with audit reports working with Task Groups, staff engineers, auditors, suppliers, management, etc., to result in PRI success. • Manage at least two commodities/programs including establishing and ensuring application of best practice programs and procedures. • Ensure audit reports for assigned commodities are properly reviewed compliant with policies and procedures. • Manage assigned staff engineers including, selection, performance management, employee relations, etc. (minimum 5 staff). • Manage program level activities of independent contractors to ensure effective program execution. • Manage assigned budgets including, projections, regular review, approvals, etc. ($2-5M). • Play direct strategic role in supporting management councils, committees, sub teams or major projects. • Manage coordination of multiple projects/processes simultaneously with very tight deadlines and strict procedural requirements. • Independently staff an NMC committee or sub team.

• Act as the primary strategic partner for assigned West Coast healthcare clients, providing workforce and staffing expertise. • Lead workforce planning discussions, program reviews, and business consultations with client leadership teams. • Analyze workforce data, staffing trends, fill rates, contingent labor utilization, and financial metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. • Utilize ShiftWise and other workforce management technologies to monitor program performance and support data-driven decision-making. • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, business reviews, and strategic recommendations using PowerPoint and Excel. • Partner with operational, recruiting, and client services teams to ensure successful execution of workforce initiatives. • Identify risks, workforce challenges, and market trends, providing proactive solutions to clients. • Support implementation of workforce strategies that improve staffing outcomes, increase efficiencies, and enhance client satisfaction. • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and program leader. • Lead special projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives aligned with client goals and organizational objectives.

• Lead and manage Government contracting programs from initiation through execution and closeout • Oversee acquisition planning activities and ensure compliance with applicable regulations • Provide strategic guidance on contract development, negotiation, and administration • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure program milestones and deliverables are met • Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies • Serve as a primary liaison between stakeholders and Government representatives • Ensure adherence to quality, cost, and schedule requirements
