Senior Director, Strategy – Product Management

• Visionary Leadership: Completely overhaul the current product roadmap. • Customer-Centric Innovation: Spend significant time in the field to translate customer pain points into software features that delight users. • Agile Execution: Lead the product management team in a high-velocity environment, ensuring the engineering backlog is ruthlessly prioritized for rapid execution and maximum market impact. • Pricing & Packaging: Optimize SaaS pricing models to reflect the value of operational efficiency and risk mitigation. • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Sales and Marketing to arm them with value propositions that wins in the hospital space. • Key Performance Indicators: Own key metrics e.g. LTV, CAC, NRR, ARR, Churn. • Buy vs. Build Analysis: Continuously evaluate the competitive landscape. • Deal Execution: Work alongside executive leadership to perform due diligence, develop integration plans, and ensure that acquired assets deliver immediate value to our core SaaS offering. • Market Positioning: Define the long-term moat for the business, ensuring our product strategy aligns with shifting healthcare reimbursement models and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of experience in product management or product leadership within a SaaS, B2C application or enterprise software company
- 3 to 5 years leading product managers and product leadership directly
- Proven ownership of an external-facing software product actively used by non-technical, paying customers in a hospital setup.
- Demonstrated track record driving engagement, retention, and product-led revenue outcomes
- 5+ years of M&A experience, including buy-versus-build analysis, due diligence, and integration planning
- Strong cross-functional experience partnering with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
- Experience defining product strategy, owning a roadmap, and launching new capabilities successfully to market
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and SaaS product development practices
- Experience collaborating on product packaging, positioning, and monetization strategies is a plus
- Familiarity with enterprise B2B buying dynamics and customer success motions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred. An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred
