Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: Professional Sales or Promotional Activity, Small Business Owner or other Entrepreneurial experience, Marketing, Customer Service and/or Account Management, Relevant Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT, etc.), Educator (e.g., Teacher, Principal), Full time Military experience
- Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory
- Valid US driver’s license with driving record in compliance with company standards
- Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired

• Definition of end-to-end processes (Order-to-Delivery) to increase operational efficiency. • Synchronization of Viessmann Residential (VCS) and Carrier HVAC processes for seamless operations. • Selection and implementation of spare parts selection tools to optimize inventory management. • Improvement of SKU management and master data governance. • Standardization of technician work order handling across teams. • Support and largely independent facilitation of cross-functional workshops with central and decentralized service stakeholders. • Visualization (mapping) of core processes and identification of improvement opportunities for continuous development.
• Identify constraints to flow for improved on-time delivery from suppliers • Active participant in cross-functional supplier performance reviews • Lead/co-lead Production meetings with Suppliers • Develop a strong understanding of the products and operational processes • Effectively drive tasks/projects to completion • Build and maintain relationships with various partners, customers, and suppliers
