Job Description

Carrier Excellence Transformation Specialist

Carrier

• Definition of end-to-end processes (Order-to-Delivery) to increase operational efficiency. • Synchronization of Viessmann Residential (VCS) and Carrier HVAC processes for seamless operations. • Selection and implementation of spare parts selection tools to optimize inventory management. • Improvement of SKU management and master data governance. • Standardization of technician work order handling across teams. • Support and largely independent facilitation of cross-functional workshops with central and decentralized service stakeholders. • Visualization (mapping) of core processes and identification of improvement opportunities for continuous development.

Job Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or another operations-focused program.
  • Practical experience in process analysis, process mapping, and workshop moderation and leadership.
  • Prior exposure to Operational Excellence, Lean, or Six Sigma preferred.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly advanced presentation and analysis skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel as required by projects (hybrid working model, approx. 20% travel).
