Job Requirements
- A College Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of prior delivery assurance, supply chain, or related experience
- Reside in the Northeast, US Area (CT, MA, NH, RI, PA, NJ, or NY)
- U.S. Citizen
- Experience in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- Proficient in SAP and Qlik/Power BI

• Identify Bottleneck/Capacity Constraints that will be used to develop improvement and mitigation plans for improved on time delivery from suppliers • Acquire a vision of the big picture and understand that enhancing operational effectiveness is key to organizational business performance • Drive for results, consistently pursuing continued ways to accomplish goals and objectives that requires your extraordinary determination, self-motivation, and interpersonal skills to satisfy our Customer’s needs. • Develop a strong understanding of the products and the operational processes they go through at the suppliers you will be working with. • Ability to generate and gain opportunities to break functional, operational, & logistical barriers faced with getting products out the door. • Reveal and work to remove barriers to business goals specific to the on-time delivery of parts. • Effectively driving tasks/projects to completion which includes Leading Indicator (LI) data collection : RM availability and on order, WIP tracking, Quality notification closures, and Sub-tier supplier tracking. • Working with multiple projects and interact with several departments and various levels of management simultaneously • Manage / assist with process improvement projects, prioritizes project work, and support the needs of CORE operating system • Utilizes project management approach and process improvement discipline to lead projects according to plan, including identifying and mitigating project risks • Gather feedback and work to identify new improvement projects in conjunction with Supplier Development Leaders • Will be an active participant in Commodity Days, EMMs and SEMO (Supplier Exec Management Overviews), and Co-lead with our customers and Supplier Development Leaders on the respective Supplier • Must be able to travel up to 80% of your time within the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area • On-site at suppliers 80% of your time 20% of the time working from home office

• Serve as the foremost district expert on stapling, leveraging proprietary technologies such as Signia with Specialty Reloads and Circular EEA™ to drive market share growth • Provide hands-on training and clinical support to surgeons and surgical teams • Lead the introduction and execution of robotic hybrid bedside procedures across the district • Drive conversion opportunities by working closely with robotic surgery teams • Initiate and execute district-wide programs, including: Therapy Awareness Programs, Robotic-Assisted Surgery (RAS) Adoption, Peer-to-Peer Training Programs • Partner with MedEd to execute KOL engagement strategies to influence market adoption • Collaborate with HEPR to identify and address economic opportunities for portfolio expansion • Maintain a weekly presence in robotic procedures to deepen expertise in robotic surgery, clinicians, and program development • Position the district for seamless HUGO™ platform entry by building strategic relationships with robotic surgery teams • Achieve/exceed sales quota for assigned products • Increase margin growth by shifting from manual to powered stapling solutions • Improve new business conversion ratios through procedure adoption and surgeon engagement • Enhance opportunity management and forecasting accuracy to drive business performance
