Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in category management, insights, marketing strategy, or analytics (CPG/FMCG, Amazon or Away from Home preferred)
- Experience with data sources (e.g. Nielsen, Circana, 1010)
- Experience in using retailer/customer data, shopper insights, and analytics to develop compelling retail customer plans
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- High proficiency in base business tools (Excel/PowerPoint)
- In-depth knowledge in analyzing and creating visualizations of large amounts of data
- Experience developing customer-facing presentations; direct customer-facing experience is a plus
- JDA/POG building experience is a plus

• Own the non-gaming category performance: top-up cards, e-money prepaid, software, and adjacent digital products. • Design and maintain the fee and margin structure across the category — running analysis to identify optimization opportunities and implementing changes in collaboration with finance and tech. • Analyse category data (conversion, GMV, margin, attach rates) to surface trends, flag issues, and propose actionable improvements. • Manage the supplier and partner portfolio for the category — onboarding new products, renegotiating terms, and ensuring catalogue completeness. • Coordinate cross-functional projects: fee structure rollouts, new product integrations, category page improvements. • Define KPIs and build reporting frameworks to track category health on an ongoing basis.
