Business Development Account Director, Cell Gene Therapy

• Identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities within Europe. • Achieve annual sales, revenue, and funnel targets. • Develop and maintain business relationships at all levels. • Actively sell to clients in the field. • Frequent travel will be required to visit customers in person. • Maintain contact with existing customers and develop new ones. • Perform sales presentations for internal and external customers. • Interface with Subject Matter Experts and work with proposal managers.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS/PhD degree in a Life Sciences discipline;
- Existing knowledge of the Cell and/or Gene Therapy field.
- Existing network in Cell and Gene Therapy space
- 5 to 10 years’ relevant experience in sales.
- Previous experience with a CDMO organization essential.
- Outstanding ability to build key customer relationships.
- Ability to educate and demonstrate technical value propositions.
- Proven track record of acquiring new business.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with excellent presentation and influencing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory).
