• Manage product listings including tags, descriptions and page updates in Shopify • Conduct competitor and pricing analysis to keep product pricing competitive • Research new products, suppliers and market trends • Support general Shopify backend maintenance and housekeeping • Draft and send emails including payment reminders, customer follow-ups and supplier correspondence • Organise and maintain data in Google Sheets with clean, structured formatting • Manage files and documentation in Google Drive • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks • Research and provide pricing on flights, accommodation and logistics for staff attending events • Coordinate event admin through Jotform including applicant communications and approval workflows • Support event planning tasks as directed by the team • Help set up automated email responses and workflows using Jotform and Zapier • Assist with building FAQ templates and automated customer responses using AI tools such as ChatGPT • Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks through simple automation
Job Requirements
- 2-3+ years experience in a similar e-commerce admin or virtual assistant role
- Hands-on experience with Shopify (product management, backend navigation)
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
- Excellent written English and clear, professional email communication
- Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to present data cleanly
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with Zapier, Jotform or similar automation and form tools is a plus
- Experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) for content or workflow support is a plus
