• Perform outbound cold calls using Mojo Power Dialer to various leads including FSBOs, expired listings, absentee owners, pre-foreclosures, and circle prospecting • Qualify motivated sellers and identify listing opportunities • Handle objections professionally while building rapport with prospects • Schedule listing appointments directly on the agent's calendar • Follow up with leads via phone, text message, and email • Accurately update call dispositions within Mojo Dialer • Maintain the CRM with organized notes, follow-up reminders, and lead tracking • Assist with listing paperwork and contract draft preparation • Coordinate documents with clients and provide general administrative support • Maintain organized digital files and transaction documentation • As the business expands, the role may evolve to include Transaction Coordination responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in cold calling is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate is preferred.
- Fluent English with a natural, conversational speaking tone.
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining authentic conversations.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM management and lead tracking.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
- Experience working with U.S. real estate agents, brokers, or investors is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Connecticut and New York real estate markets is preferred.
- Experience as a Transaction Coordinator or the ability and interest to grow into a Transaction Coordinator role is highly preferred.
- Experience preparing contracts, disclosures, and transaction documents using templates is preferred.
- Experience tracking transaction timelines and coordinating with clients, attorneys, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other parties involved in a real estate transaction is preferred.
- Experience with transaction management software or real estate document management systems is a plus.
