Job Requirements

- Several years of experience in customer support or IT helpdesk roles
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Czech language skills are an advantage

Role Description The Helpdesk Technician I (HTI) serves as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance.
