• Drive adoption and ongoing usage of the Nexpart Multi-Seller product among wholesale parts buyers, with a focus on repair chains, dealerships, and fleet customers. • Deliver against sales goals and quota by building a healthy pipeline through direct outreach, partner referrals, and strategic account engagement. • Grow and deepen relationships with major accounts to increase long-term parts purchasing volume through Multi-Seller. • Represent the voice of the customer by translating buyer feedback into actionable insights that inform product development, sales strategy, and go-to-market plans. • Partner with WHI leadership to identify opportunities, shape sales strategies, and expand eBay’s share of wholesale parts buying. • Help build a scalable outreach approach for the business, including evaluating and guiding the use of external agencies, vendors, or contractors as the function grows.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of sales and/or account management experience supporting large automotive service chains, dealership parts buyers, fleet-related customers, or comparable software-based businesses.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills, with the ability to quickly learn technical concepts and explain them clearly to customers and stakeholders.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop practical, creative solutions in evolving business environments.
- Clear communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging mid-level and senior audiences across both corporate and field-based organizations.
- A collaborative and adaptable working style, with the ability to lead, mentor, or guide others and operate effectively through ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, plus willingness to travel up to 25% for customer meetings, prospect visits, and industry events.
