Role Description We are seeking an experienced Asset Finance Broker Support Manager to provide end-to-end support across the commercial asset finance process. This role will work directly with the Director and be responsible for managing applications from initial enquiry through to settlement, liaising with clients, lenders, suppliers, and other stakeholders while maintaining exceptional service standards. Previous Australian asset finance broker support experience is mandatory. Mortgage broking experience alone will not be considered. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Australian asset finance brokers and be comfortable working across lender portals, application submissions, document collection, approval conditions, and settlement processes. Key Responsibilities - Manage asset finance applications from submission through to settlement - Prepare and review finance application packs and supporting documents - Liaise with clients to collect outstanding requirements including bank statements, identification, financials, tax documents, and business information - Communicate with lenders, BDMs, dealerships, suppliers, accountants, and solicitors regarding application progress - Submit applications through lender portals and monitor application status - Order payouts, loan statements, and supporting lender documents when required - Prepare settlement packs and coordinate settlements with lenders, clients, and suppliers - Maintain accurate notes and updates within internal systems - Manage application pipelines and follow up outstanding approval or settlement conditions - Prepare indicative finance quotes and repayment scenarios when required - Assist with lead management and general administration tasks - Support process improvement initiatives and workflow optimisation Qualifications - Minimum 2 years experience supporting Australian asset finance brokers - Strong understanding of Australian commercial asset finance and equipment finance processes - Experience with truck finance, equipment finance, vehicle finance, or commercial lending - Experience working with Australian lender portals and finance documentation - Strong understanding of the application to settlement process - Ability to manage lender conditions, client follow-ups, and settlement requirements - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict turnaround times - Experience with CRM systems preferred Preferred Experience - Experience with lenders such as Metro Finance, Pepper Money, Moneytech, ORIX, DLL, Westpac, Capital Finance, Angle Finance, Selfco, FlexiCommercial or similar - Experience preparing settlement documentation and managing post-approval requirements - Experience with private sale transactions, dealer invoices, payouts, and asset finance settlement packs - Experience in equipment finance, truck finance, construction equipment finance, or commercial lending - Experience working remotely with Australian brokers Success in This Role The successful candidate will become a key part of the client’s team and take ownership of application processing, client communication, lender follow-up, and settlement coordination. Role Description The Sr. Manager, Measurement supports the broader analytics and measurement function by coordinating day-to-day measurement requests, partnering with external measurement companies, and ensuring smooth workflow across internal teams. This role sits across brand health/lift, sales lift, foot traffic, and website conversion lift/pixel-based attribution workstreams and is focused on coordination, organization, and execution. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience from a measurement vendor and is comfortable managing multiple incoming requests across measurement types in a fast-paced environment. - Manage daily incoming measurement requests across brand health/lift, sales lift, foot traffic, and website conversion lift/pixel-based attribution studies, ensuring timely routing and follow-through. - Coordinate with measurement vendors on feasibility, study design requirements, timelines, and deliverables specific to each measurement type. - Serve as liaison between measurement vendors and internal team members. - Support workload management across the measurement and analytics teams. - Track study status across concurrent brand health/lift, sales lift, foot traffic, and website conversion/attribution engagements, flagging risks to timelines or deliverables. - Maintain clear documentation, tracking, and communication of measurement activities across all workstreams. - Collaborate with Analytics team to prepare materials, summaries, and reporting using PowerPoint and Excel, tailored to the nuances of each measurement type (e.g., brand health survey results, geo/store-level foot traffic results, pixel-based conversion attribution). - Contribute to process improvements that streamline measurement operations across vendors and study types. Qualifications - 3–4 years of experience at a measurement vendor, ideally spanning brand health/lift, sales measurement, foot traffic/location-based measurement, or website conversion lift/pixel-based attribution. - Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent studies across different methodologies. - Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. - Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines. - Strong communication skills and comfort working with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners. - Experience supporting measurement workflows in a media, analytics, or advertising environment. Requirements - The annual salary range for this position is $99,500 - $115,000 annually. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, and other factors permitted by law.
