• Key point of contact for Project Managers and Service Partners for the data necessary for the smooth and effective scheduling and performance of data center projects • Coordinates with Sales, Production, and Service to obtain and maintain customer-centric data in support of the Creatio and Peaxy data systems • Develop and maintain processes in support of data collection and dissemination of necessary data to key stakeholders • Responsible for the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process via the Creatio database for ZincFive Field Service, OEM UPS, and Authorized Service Partners, including the development and maintenance of process documentation • Responsible for developing the budget for data system needs as required • Ensures a smooth and professional transfer of project data to the designated long term service organization • Organizes and facilitates meetings as necessary in order to ensure smooth project execution • Contributes best practices to the corporate project management function including processes and SOPs • Supports requests from internal customers for specific data • Coordinates training for internal and external partners on the use of Creatio and other pertinent data systems • Update Creatio with pertinent data at the inception of the project and final documentation once the project is complete • Ability to travel when necessary • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent years of experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project/data management
  • Excellent data management skills for both verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and as well as other software required for data management

This senior leadership role will focus on advancing WSP’s federal alternative delivery and contractor-led design-build practice. This position has the potential to work out of any WSP office, which could include Arlington, VA; Virginia Beach, VA; Denver, CO; Tacoma, WA; San Diego, CA; Dallas, TX; or San Antonio, TX. The Alternative Delivery Project Director – Federal Programs (ADPD FP) provides executive leadership for a portfolio of alternative delivery pursuits and active projects in the federal and Department of War (DoW) markets, combining proactive market engagement with executive project oversight.
