Role Description Goldbelt Professional Services is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to assist the Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects supporting federal government clients. The Project Manager will oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Additionally, this role requires data analysis and management. Responsibilities - Deliverables: Tracks and compiles deliverables (i.e., monthly report); Prepare and deliver monthly project reports, dashboards, and status updates that communicate financial performance, staffing metrics, project accomplishments, risks, and key activities to Program Manager. - Financials: Manage project financial operations, including timesheet review and approval, labor tracking, budget monitoring, and maintenance of project budget trackers to ensure compliance with contractual and organizational requirements. - Communications: Schedules meetings with external stakeholders and compiles notes; Serves as primary point of contact for contract staff. - Recruiting & Onboarding: Develops job requisitions, schedules interviews, and communicates with candidates. - Risk Management: Monitor project risks, financial variances, and operational challenges, implementing corrective actions and communicating impacts to stakeholders as appropriate. - Records Management: Maintain project documentation and records in accordance with contract requirements, company policies, and quality standards while fostering strong client relationships and customer satisfaction. - Data Analytics & Management: Synthesize large datasets into the most salient points to help clients make informed decisions. Preferred Qualifications - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management credential. - Experience supporting CDC or other government customers. - Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies. - Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline. - Familiarity with government contracting regulations and contract management processes. - Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and multiple concurrent projects. The Alternative Delivery Project Director – Federal Programs (ADPD FP) provides executive leadership for a portfolio of alternative delivery pursuits and active projects in the federal and Department of War (DoW) markets, combining proactive market engagement with executive project oversight.
