Role Description The Senior Analyst Materials/Planning is responsible for developing end-to-end supply plans for post-factory hardware inventory that balance forecasts, availability of material and network capacity to drive optimized flow across global secondary distribution centers. Additional responsibilities include: - Identifying and maintaining the appropriate planning parameters in ERP system - Managing order shipment releases/customer allocations - Generation of net requirement plans within ERP system This role reports to the Manager, Network Supply Planning and is part of the Global Supply Chain organization. This role will be remote or on-site depending on location. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Define and plan for every part (PFEP) replenishment strategy for finished goods SKUs across global distribution network - Own customer OTD, FG inventory turns, and cost performance on an end-to-end scale for respective SKU portfolio - Align PFEP strategy to ERP system parameters to drive accurate net requirement signals back to factory and supplier forecasts - Partner with large, cross-functional groups around the world to drive improvement initiatives while leveraging Danaher Business System (DBS) to drive innovation and change - Manage a large customer base, ensuring adherence to contracts and business initiatives Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in field with 7+ years’ experience OR Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in planning and procurement - 2+ years in a finished goods/network capacity planning setting, with experience of working in an MRP/MPS environment - Strong communication skills with global stakeholders at different levels within the organization Requirements - Ability to travel (domestically & internationally) up to 10% of the time Benefits - Comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off - Medical/dental/vision insurance - 401(k) to eligible employees - Bonus/incentive pay eligibility
