Medication Rebate Analyst
Evio
• Join Evio’s analytics team to work with both internal and external stakeholders to evaluate financial performance across a full medical medication rebate portfolio • Analyze medical rebate claims data using Evio’s proprietary, cutting-edge rebate administration platform to investigate invoicing variances, and ensure reporting accuracy for more than $500 million in annual rebates • Develop, prepare, maintain, and enhance analytics that provide insights into financial performance of medication rebate contracts • Support development of new analytics and technology that strengthen Evio’s evaluation of medical medication rebate programs • Identify opportunities to improve process and efficiency, and recommend innovative, data-driven solutions to Evio leadership • Facilitate data ingestion and standardization of critical medical medication rebate data extracts received from Blue Cross Blue Shield health plans • Work independently and efficiently, at times managing multiple priorities and asks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience as a rebate data analyst at a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM), health plan, or similar health care organization
- Experience working with medical medication claims data and rebates
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL and/or similar business analytic or data modeling tools
- Experience working with large, complex databases and process automation
- Familiarity with Medispan or First Databank drug reference systems
- Working knowledge of medical coding (HCPCS, CPTs) systems and applying these codes in analytics.
- Superior problem-solving capabilities with an attention to detail
- Demonstrated learning agility and the ability to quickly understand new concepts and technologies
- Collaborative team-player mentality with a passion for using data to inform decisions

The Role: Apryse is seeking a Commissions Analyst to join our growing Revenue Operations team. You will be a key player in the administration of our commissions process. You will leverage your prior experience administering commissions processing in Xactly or similar tools to support our cadence. Role Description The Senior HRIS Analyst – Workday is a key member of the Global HR Systems team, responsible for the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the organization’s Workday platform. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and scalable HR processes across the employee lifecycle. This position serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday and plays a critical role in driving system enhancements, supporting global HR initiatives, and delivering insights through reporting and analytics.
