Role Description At MNTN, our IT team keeps the business running behind the scenes so everyone else can do their best work. We're looking for an IT Systems Administrator who loves solving problems through automation, building scalable systems, and making SaaS applications work seamlessly together. In this role, you'll own and improve the tools our employees rely on every day, from identity and access management to collaboration platforms and core business applications. You'll partner across the company to simplify processes, strengthen security, and help shape an IT environment that's efficient, reliable, and built to scale. What you'll do - Automate repetitive IT workflows using scripting and integrations to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. - Administer and integrate core SaaS applications including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, and other business-critical platforms. - Configure and maintain secure authentication, provisioning, and lifecycle management using SSO, SAML, SCIM, and OIDC. - Establish and evolve IT standards, documentation, and operational best practices that support a growing organization. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across endpoints, SaaS applications, and identity systems while providing an exceptional employee experience. - Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate new tools, improve existing systems, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. What success looks like - IT workflows are increasingly automated, reducing manual effort while improving reliability and consistency across the organization. - Identity, access, and SaaS integrations are secure, scalable, and easy for employees to use. - Core collaboration and productivity platforms operate smoothly with minimal disruption and strong user satisfaction. - Documentation, standards, and operational processes mature alongside the business, making onboarding, support, and administration more efficient. - You're viewed as a trusted partner across the company, proactively identifying opportunities to improve how MNTN works through technology. Qualifications - 4+ years of systems administration experience in a mixed Mac and Windows environment. - Strong experience administering Google Workspace and Okta. - Experience with Python or another scripting language used for automation. - Deep understanding of identity and access management, including SAML, SCIM, OIDC, and application integrations with identity providers. - Working knowledge of DNS, email infrastructure, and email security technologies including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and phishing prevention. - Experience supporting security and compliance initiatives such as SOC 2 and SOX audits. - Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across technical and non-technical teams. - Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Nice to Have - Experience administering Atlassian products. - Experience with email platform migrations. - Experience with additional identity providers or enterprise SaaS platforms. Role Description dormakaba is seeking an Advanced System Technician II based in Hawaii. The Advanced System Technician II is responsible for supporting and handling Customer Service Escalations (level 2). • Run the ticket queue. • Own the tech and access tickets in Suptask: triage by urgency, resolve first-line issues, and escalate the deep ones with clear context. • Do the system administration. • Administer Google Workspace, Rippling, and seats and access across Monday and HubSpot, keeping everything accurate. • Own onboarding and offboarding. • Set new joiners up in the right systems on day one through Rippling, remove access cleanly when someone leaves, in step with People and Culture, and build basic Rippling automations so it runs reliably. • Run access and license audits. • Check regularly that the right people have the right access, flag over-provisioning and unused licenses, and make sure no leaver keeps a login. • Handle the CRM tickets and train the team. • Resolve the tool and CRM workflow questions, coach the team so they can self-serve, and keep the tech guide and knowledge base current so repeat questions drop. • Fix at the root. When the same issue keeps coming back, fix the cause and document it, rather than closing the same ticket twice. • If a better tool would make support or setup faster, make the case and we will back it.
