• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts within the beauty, spa, and wellness markets • Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase revenue and client engagement across events, digital, and integrated marketing platforms • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and serve as a trusted advisor to clients • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities that align with client business objectives • Conduct regular business reviews, present campaign recommendations, and develop customized solutions • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce, ensuring strong account planning and revenue visibility month-to-month and quarter-to-quarter • Collaborate closely with Editorial, Marketing, Event, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and maximize retention • Attend and support sales efforts at 3-5 flagship trade shows and industry events annually in New York, Las Vegas, FL, and other key markets
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, media sales, events, marketing services, or related industries
- Proven track record of growing existing accounts, driving renewals, and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience developing client relationships and uncovering new business opportunities within assigned accounts
- Experience with Salesforce is required; familiarity with Gong and Microsoft Business Suite is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and attention to detail
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Consultative selling mindset with the ability to understand client objectives and deliver value-driven solutions
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
