Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field OR equivalent relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of sales execution and negotiation experience.
- 5+ years of account management experience.
- 5+ years of pipeline generation and pipeline management experience.
- Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Experience managing customer relationships and driving business growth within a technology-focused environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and customer engagements.
- Experience utilizing CRM platforms, Excel, PowerPoint, and productivity tools to manage sales activities and reporting.

The successful candidate will assist customers with solar energy solutions, identify their energy requirements, prepare quotations, and guide clients through the installation process from enquiry to completion.
