Role Description We are seeking an experienced Benefits Evaluation Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives by evaluating program outcomes, measuring benefits realization, and delivering data-driven insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data - Developing dashboards and reports - Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) - Supporting performance measurement frameworks - Working closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical, operational, analytics, and digital health stakeholders - Providing actionable recommendations that drive evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement The ideal candidate will have experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, Python, or R, strong reporting and visualization skills, knowledge of evaluation and benefits realization methodologies, and the ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in healthcare, digital health, or the public sector is highly desirable.
