Research Contract Analyst
Baptist Health South Florida
Role Description The Research Contract Analyst will be responsible for supporting the negotiation, drafting, and management of contracts related to clinical research studies. This position requires a strong understanding of clinical research protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure that agreements comply with institutional policies, sponsor/funder obligations, and federal regulations. - Work closely with clinical investigators, the Office of General Counsel, and external sponsors/funders. - Facilitate the timely and efficient execution of contracts that support clinical trials and research initiatives. Qualifications - Bachelors degree. - Strong knowledge of clinical research contracts, regulations, and compliance requirements (FDA, ICH-GCP, HIPAA, etc.). - Certification in Clinical Research (e.g., ACRP, SOCRA) a plus, but not required. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and legally sound contract terms. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously. - Attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve complex legal and regulatory issues. - Minimum Required Experience: 2 Years.
