Key Responsibilities * Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research. * Evaluate current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements. * Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, and process maps. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented. * Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. * Assist with solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment activities. * Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business requirements. * Analyze business data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic decision-making. * Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies. * Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards. * Support change management initiatives by developing training materials and assisting with end-user adoption. * Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role. * Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. * Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and data visualization tools is preferred. * Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies. * Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visio, or similar collaboration and documentation tools. Preferred Skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. * Experience with business process modeling and workflow optimization. * Knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques. * Exceptional organizational skills with close attention to detail. * Professional certifications such as ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are a plus.
