• Support customer engagements related to 340B program performance, operational design, and optimization opportunities • Review 340B program data and related reports to identify trends and risks • Assist in evaluating program structure and operational workflows • Support analysis of diversion risk and other compliance-related considerations • Prepare analyses, summaries, reports, and presentation materials • Translate data findings into organized outputs for review by Managing Consultants and Directors • Identify opportunities to improve program savings and operational efficiency • Collaborate closely with team members to execute consulting engagements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in 340B program operations, pharmacy operations, healthcare consulting, pharmacy analytics, or related healthcare services
- Foundational knowledge of 340B program structure, terminology, and operational considerations
- Experience working with data sets, reports, and Excel-based analysis
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate findings clearly in written and verbal formats
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
