Marketing Programs Manager

BetterComp

• Own Bettercomp's end-to-end webinars and events program from tactical planning through execution, including internal and external/sponsored webinars and events, trade shows, and local/field events and local association sponsorships. • Manage the full program calendar, balancing owned events (where Bettercomp controls content and format) with third-party sponsorships (where we show up as a sponsor or featured guest) • Own program budget: evaluate and select sponsorship opportunities, negotiate with vendors, track spend, and optimize ROI across the portfolio • Own lead targets and lead delivery: set goals for leads generated per event, track performance against targets, and ensure timely delivery of leads to the pipeline • Manage end-to-end logistics for each event: speaker sourcing and preparation, platform setup, promotion, registration, production, and post-event follow-up • Build repeatable playbooks, templates, and processes that make the program scalable across both owned and sponsored formats

Job Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on programs, demand generation and/or events
  • Demonstrated experience owning and growing a webinar or events program end-to-end, including both owned and sponsored formats
  • Experience working within a budget: evaluating opportunities, tracking spend, and reporting on ROI
  • Proven ownership of lead generation targets: you've set lead goals, tracked pipeline contribution, and delivered results
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator: you know how to get alignment across the organization without needing formal authority
  • Data-driven: you set goals, track performance, and use results to improve program investments
  • Excellent project management skills: you can run multiple programs simultaneously without dropping details
  • Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable on camera and in front of partners and customers
  • Experience with webinar platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRMs
