• Assess Teague's current marketing, content, and business development efforts. • Develop a repeatable marketing operating framework that connects service offerings, strategic themes, proof points, buyer needs, business development priorities, and marketing activities. • Build an annual marketing planning framework that aligns marketing investments with business objectives. • Create practical decision-making frameworks that help prioritize marketing initiatives and investments. • Identify content opportunities and gaps across Teague's service offerings and strategic growth priorities. • Develop a content architecture that connects thought leadership, case studies, proof points, and business development needs. • Transform existing project work and expertise into reusable marketing assets. • Create executive briefings, insight articles, account-focused materials, and other strategic marketing content. • Design practical approaches for distributing marketing assets throughout long-cycle, relationship-driven business development efforts. • Develop playbooks for executive engagement, event follow-up, strategic account support, and thought leadership distribution. • Pilot account engagement approaches with the Business Development team and refine recommendations based on results. • Facilitate workshops and interviews with leadership, subject matter experts, and Business Development. • Develop templates, governance, and documentation that support ongoing execution. • Train the internal marketing team on the operating framework and supporting tools. • Present recommendations and progress to executive leadership throughout the engagement.

Payroll and Benefits Coordinator

Role Description The Payroll & Benefits Coordinator is responsible for processing the organization’s payroll. They will partner with the Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist on payroll processes, benefit data, and timesheet review. They bring advanced excel skills, the ability to work with and mine through large sets of data, conduct analyses, find trends, and share insights and recommendations on findings. This role is open to be 100% remote (working west coast hours) and is part-time with an estimated 16-32 hours needed weekly. The role will be 6 months long with potential to extend. Travel Expectations - There are no domestic and international travel expectations for this role. Who You Are - You’re a detail-driven problem solver who keeps the numbers - and the people - running smoothly. - Equal parts analyst and trusted coordinator, you thrive in environments where accuracy, organization, and discretion matter. - You’re comfortable working with payroll systems and large datasets, using tools like Excel and HRIS platforms. - You’re always looking for ways to improve workflows and strengthen data integrity. - Collaboration comes naturally to you, enjoying partnerships with HR, finance, and team members. What You’ll Do - OWNING: - Partner on bi-weekly payroll processing in Paylocity. - Assist with monthly benefit vendor reporting for finance, such as reviewing invoices and ensuring costs are allocated correctly. - Support weekly timesheet processing and approval. - THINKING: - Review data for inconsistencies and flag discrepancies, developing skills to resolve complex payroll discrepancies. - Contribute ideas to enhance the processes. - DOING: - Maintain organized digital records and ensure data integrity across all HR systems. - Reconcile payroll reports and prepare post payroll documentation. - Support HR projects, audits, and annual compliance activities. Qualifications - 1+ years of hands-on payroll and benefits experience (multi-state preferred). - Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Paylocity, ADP Workforce Now, or UKG; and/or NetSuite experience is a plus. - Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.) and comfort navigating large datasets. - Growing knowledge of wage and hour laws, payroll taxes, and benefits regulations. - High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage sensitive data with discretion. - CPP or FPC through the American Payroll Association is a plus. Salary Range The salary range for this job in most US geographic locations is $25.00 - $30.00.
