Role Description We are seeking a highly communicative and solutions-oriented professional to support and grow our partner network. This role blends elements of mortgage sales and operations, requiring both relationship management and technical expertise to ensure a seamless loan process from submission through funding. - Onboard new partners to the TLS platform, providing hands-on training on pricing, loan structuring, and submission processes. - Serve as a primary point of contact for partners throughout the loan lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from initial submission to final funding. - Utilize product guidelines and lending knowledge to evaluate loan scenarios and provide accurate, timely guidance to partners. - Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and strengthen partner relationships, supporting business growth initiatives. - Maintain proactive and consistent communication with loan officers, including phone-based problem solving and scenario discussions. - Troubleshoot challenges and identify solutions quickly to keep loans progressing and partners satisfied. Qualifications - Background in mortgage sales, operations, or a hybrid of both. - Strong understanding of loan products, guidelines, and the mortgage process. - Excellent communication skills with a willingness to engage partners via phone and email regularly. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. - Experience working with third-party originators or broker partners is a plus. Requirements - Familiarity with loan pricing engines and submission platforms. - Relationship-building mindset with a focus on partner success and retention. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
