Role Description At Pavago, we’re hiring on behalf of one of our clients for an Inbound Sales & Customer Service Representative to manage high-volume inbound calls, assist customers with home service needs, and convert conversations into booked service appointments and membership enrollments. This is more than a customer support role. You’ll be responsible for turning inbound inquiries into revenue by providing exceptional service, recommending the right solutions, and confidently guiding customers toward scheduling appointments and joining the company’s membership program. You’ll work closely with dispatch, operations, and customer service teams to ensure every customer receives a seamless experience from their first call through appointment scheduling. If you’re confident on the phone, naturally persuasive, and enjoy helping customers while achieving measurable sales goals, this role is built for you. Qualifications - 1–2+ years of experience in Inbound Sales, Customer Service, Call Center Operations, Appointment Setting, Customer Support with Sales Targets. - Proven ability to convert inbound calls into booked appointments. - Strong objection handling and closing skills. - Excellent written and verbal English communication. - Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment. - Experience using CRM or customer management systems. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Role Description The Primary Care Sales Consultant (SC) is accountable for implementing the sales strategies for an approved Cardiorenal product.
