Role Description The Office of Civil Rights Compliance at the University of Southern California (USC) is seeking a Senior Investigator to join their team. • Perform detailed admiralty claims investigation and analysis through examination of the loss • Document where and how injuries/damage occurred and understanding the nature and type of injuries or damage • Conduct onsite, photographic and inspection of documents provided to assess the cause of loss • Interview involved parties and document written and/or recorded statements • Generate detailed reports communicating with internal adjusters and outside clients • Run and interpret formal background checks related to claims • Handle medical claims from beginning to end and conduct detailed evaluations of long-term medical needs
