• Notifying investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates of laboratory results, sponsor determined flags, and test cancellations as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) • Monitoring, tracking, and resolving accession holds and informing the Supervisor and the associated Project Manager of any delays • Updating the database with appropriate information and informing personnel of additional testing needs • Supporting sites and sponsor with project related questions via phone and email • Effective and timely adherence to management communications, meetings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) • Assisting and supporting in the implementation of global processes and procedures • Tracking and reporting metrics as determined by management in the agreed timelines • Documenting all service failures, resolving, and escalating to management when appropriate resolution is incomplete • Acting as a liaison for both internal and external clients • Communicating investigator site needs when new policies or procedures are discussed • Instilling a culture where patient safety is top priority • Promptly address patient safety issues and escalates as needed for resolution • Ensuring the investigator’s needs are explored prior to implementation of new processes and procedures
Job Requirements
- High school degree
- 6 months or more of experience in customer service
- Fluency in English + fluency in Italian, and/or German, and/or French
- Self-motivated with strong verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Team player with an ability to work independently
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and multiple distractions while maintaining a professional manner
- Ability to work from 10AM to 7PM CET or other hours if required

Role Description As a Global Special Investigator, you will support Aon's global investigations program by leading complex inquiries involving employee misconduct, workplace violence, insider threats, financial crimes, data loss incidents, and other matters that may impact the firm's people, property, information, or reputation. Working closely with business leaders, Legal, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Cyber Security, and external law enforcement agencies, you will help identify, assess, and mitigate enterprise risks while delivering actionable intelligence and investigative findings. - Conducts complex investigations in all divisions and business units and is responsible for conducting internal investigations either directly or as a SME capacity in all markets. - Apply your expertise in qualitative and quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to provide insight into internal risks and risk mitigation. - Mitigate threats to company assets; manage crises and deliver threat assessment services by collecting, evaluating and disseminating accurate and timely information to appropriate managers. - Conduct interviews with colleagues and contractors for suspected violations of policy. - Investigate possible violations of Aon’s codes and policies (finance, HR, conduct) or other business conditions (theft, vandalism, physical harm) and provide appropriate reports to management summarizing the findings. - Develop relationships with domestic and international law enforcement and government counterparts, as well as private sector peers. - Develop protocols and practices to assess and mitigate threats to company assets; manage crises and deliver threat assessment services by collecting, evaluating and disseminating accurate and timely information to appropriate managers.
