• Responsible for direct site facing contract and budget negotiations through contract execution with assigned clinical investigator sites • Manage the Per-Subject Cost (PSC) process for assigned studies • Manage escalation and resolution for budget and non-legal term issues from other ICL or preferred Contract Research Organizations (pCRO) • Collaborate with other lines to plan site contracting timelines through start-up • Exercise good judgment in balancing the risks to the sponsor in making budget and contractual decisions against the impacts to client clinical trial timelines • Follow processes to develop, negotiate, track, and execute global clinical study agreements • Work with partners to develop and oversee the global site budget process • Lead study level site contracting activities and act as primary study point of contact for site contracting issues

Role Description As a Global Special Investigator, you will support Aon's global investigations program by leading complex inquiries involving employee misconduct, workplace violence, insider threats, financial crimes, data loss incidents, and other matters that may impact the firm's people, property, information, or reputation. Working closely with business leaders, Legal, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Cyber Security, and external law enforcement agencies, you will help identify, assess, and mitigate enterprise risks while delivering actionable intelligence and investigative findings. - Conducts complex investigations in all divisions and business units and is responsible for conducting internal investigations either directly or as a SME capacity in all markets. - Apply your expertise in qualitative and quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to provide insight into internal risks and risk mitigation. - Mitigate threats to company assets; manage crises and deliver threat assessment services by collecting, evaluating and disseminating accurate and timely information to appropriate managers. - Conduct interviews with colleagues and contractors for suspected violations of policy. - Investigate possible violations of Aon’s codes and policies (finance, HR, conduct) or other business conditions (theft, vandalism, physical harm) and provide appropriate reports to management summarizing the findings. - Develop relationships with domestic and international law enforcement and government counterparts, as well as private sector peers. - Develop protocols and practices to assess and mitigate threats to company assets; manage crises and deliver threat assessment services by collecting, evaluating and disseminating accurate and timely information to appropriate managers. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience with investigations in a private sector/public sector environment. Private sector experience must indicate deep investigative experience. - Prior experience conducting diverse investigations ranging from workplace violence, threat mitigation, financial crimes, corrupt practices, thefts and insider threats. - Experience leading interviews including non-confrontational interviewing techniques. - Ability to work nights/weekends. - Other duties as assigned. What You'll be Doing: - Conduct and supervise research activities for infant formula growth monitoring studies in England. - Ensure compliance with applicable local, regional, and international regulations and ethics committee requirements. - Protect the rights, safety, and welfare of participants under care at all times. - Comfortable with decentralized clinical research trials, including subject consent and review via telehealth video conferencing. - Obtain ethics approval prior to any participant enrollment. - Perform data and study records review to ensure participant safety and data integrity. - Provide medical expertise and support. - Provide medical input into protocol design and clinical development plans. - Contribute to the medical input and review of regulatory documents. - Present at Investigator, Customer, training, and/or bid defense meetings as needed. - Maintain ultimate medical and regulatory accountability for study conduct, including oversight of decentralized and remote activities performed by delegated personnel, vendors, and home healthcare providers. Qualifications - Medical degree with an active, unrestricted medical license. - Preferably a Pediatrician. - Familiar with infant milestones and infant formula. - Experienced with telehealth, plotting growth curves, understanding percentiles, and familiar with WHO growth charts for under 2-year-olds. - 3-5 years of principal investigator experience. Requirements - The target to hire for this role is early September. - Anticipated weekly hours ramping up to between 4-6 by February 2027. - There will be a hold on activities/expected hours other than SIV and training between September to January, when consent begins.
