Role Description As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the voice of our brand for our Italian-speaking customers, supporting them with empathy, precision, and a can-do attitude. - Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, you'll be a true omni-channel hero. - Assist merchants with everything from technical setup to payment issues and product navigation. - Collaborate with teams like Sales, Marketing, and Tech Support to resolve queries quickly and efficiently. - Help improve our internal processes, tools, and workflows to boost merchant satisfaction and retention. Role Description As a Global Special Investigator, you will support Aon's global investigations program by leading complex inquiries involving employee misconduct, workplace violence, insider threats, financial crimes, data loss incidents, and other matters that may impact the firm's people, property, information, or reputation.
