Role Description Nebius is scaling our Enterprise Sales team to bring AI-native GPU infrastructure to the world’s most regulated and complex industries. You’ll join a vertically aligned go-to-market motion focused on: - Physical AI/Robotics - Financial Services - Healthcare & Life Sciences - Manufacturing - Media & Entertainment - Automotive - Energy We’re seeking experienced Enterprise Account Executives with a track record of selling cloud infrastructure, GPUs, or AI/ML platforms into Fortune 1000 enterprises. You will own a named account list within one or more priority verticals, drive multi-year AI infrastructure deals, and operationalize a partner-led GTM model anchored in NVIDIA, OEMs, and strategic SIs. This is a senior, high-impact sales role for reps who can pair vertical fluency with executive-level deal execution. You are welcome to work remotely from the US. SF, NYC, Boston, or Seattle preferred. Travel as required to customer, partner, and industry events. Your responsibilities will include: - Own the Enterprise Sales Cycle: - Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals from prospecting to close across named accounts in your assigned vertical(s). - Drive Vertical-Specific GPU Adoption: - Translate Nebius’s NVIDIA-based GPU platform (H100, H200, B200, GB200 NVL72, and beyond) into industry-specific use cases — RAG, training, inference, MLOps — that map to vertical business outcomes. - Build Executive Relationships: - Multi-thread across CIO, CTO, Chief Data/AI Officer, CISO, and Line-of-Business leaders within Fortune 1000 accounts. - Navigate Regulated Buying Cycles: - Lead procurement, security, and compliance reviews unique to FSI, Healthcare, Energy, and other regulated industries. - Co-Sell with Partners: - Run joint account plans with NVIDIA, OEMs, and SIs; structure co-sell motions that combine GPU infrastructure, software ecosystem, and services. - Forecast & Execute: - Maintain accurate pipeline management and deliver predictable results against quota. - Land & Expand: - Drive multi-year expansion across AI training, inference, and production AI workloads within named accounts. - Market Intelligence: - Stay ahead of vertical AI trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive moves to position Nebius effectively. Qualifications - 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in AI infrastructure, GPUs, cloud compute, or enterprise platforms. - Proven success closing $5M–$50M+ infrastructure or platform deals within one or more enterprise verticals (FSI, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Physical AI + Robotics, Manufacturing, Media & Entertainment, Automotive, Energy). - Strong understanding of vertical-specific AI use cases, regulatory environments, and enterprise buying cycles. - Experience co-selling with strategic ecosystem partners (NVIDIA, OEMs, SIs) and navigating partner-driven motions. - Prior experience selling GPU or compute workloads. - Deep technical acumen around GPUs, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML training & inference. - Strong relationship management and negotiation skills, with consistent overachievement against quota. - Excellent executive communication — able to articulate business value from deeply technical solutions. - CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent). Requirements - Direct experience working with NVIDIA field teams or ecosystem partners on enterprise sales motions. - Background selling AI/ML infrastructure into regulated or highly complex industries. - Established executive network within one or more priority enterprise verticals. - Experience structuring multi-year infrastructure and capacity commitments. - Background in high-growth, neo-cloud, or GPU-first environments.
