• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships. • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, address issues, and provide updates on RCM performance. • Anticipate client concerns and proactively address potential challenges. • Oversee the entire revenue cycle process, including charge capture, coding, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and accounts receivable follow-up. • Work with clients to identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve billing accuracy, and increase revenue collection. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS) and client-specific policies. • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the revenue cycle. • Develop and deliver client-specific reports that provide insights on revenue trends, outstanding accounts, and operational performance. • Use data to drive process improvements and make recommendations for enhanced efficiency and profitability. • Investigate and resolve any escalated billing or collection issues promptly. • Collaborate with internal teams (coding, billing, compliance, etc.) to resolve complex client concerns. • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of denied or rejected claims. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge. • Recommend process improvements and implement best practices to optimize the RCM workflow. • Contribute to internal process documentation and training materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance - however level of experience in the industry also considered.
- Anesthesia/Ophthalmology RCM experience preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Revenue Cycle Professional – CRCP)
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related healthcare finance roles.
- Proven experience in client relationship management.
- Deep understanding of healthcare billing, coding, compliance, and insurance processes.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Strong customer service skills to manage relationships with clients, including communicating with them to resolve service delivery issues and promote client satisfaction.
- Proven capability to handle high‑pressure scenarios and professionally address client escalations and concerns.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to set and maintain priorities in a fast-paced client-focused environment, with multiple demands and interruptions.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with a diverse group of people including other department managers, staff, physicians, patients, and the client.
- Advanced proficiency in RCM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, and reporting).
- Experience leveraging data analytics, technology, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Should be able to adapt to changes in regulations, technologies, and industry trends and adjust the revenue cycle management strategy accordingly.
- Ability to monitor team performance and make adjustments as needed to improve team and individual performance.

Role Description Springboard Collaborative invites talented and passionate candidates to apply for the position of Enterprise Account Executive. The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for full-cycle new business sales across an assigned geographic region. The Enterprise Account Executive supports the goal of closing the opportunity gap by taking our message into the K-12 market, building relationships in large districts, and selling our solution in response to the customer’s pain points. This position, internally referred to as Partnerships Director, will report to the Growth Leader and work as part of the Partnerships team. This is a great opportunity to support an entrepreneurial team to maximize the impact of a rapidly growing organization. Here are your priorities in the first year: - Complete all sales onboarding and demonstrate full command of Springboard Collaborative’s offerings, messaging, and sales process within the first 90 days. - Successfully close new partnerships with school districts within your assigned territory and accounts. - Secure partnerships with at least three medium-large school districts (20,000+ students) for programming of at least 1,000 students within the first 180 days, growing to 8+ partnerships with programming for 3,000 students or more within the first year. - Build a pipeline of 30+ highly qualified opportunities, representing programming for at least 30,000 students within the first 9 months.
