Role Description As a Mobilization Coach, you’ll contribute to the mission of Frontiers by clearly communicating the purpose of Frontiers to individuals, churches and organizations. About the Role: - Effectively communicate Frontier’s vision and values to individuals, churches, and at events. - Supervise and develop a team of Mobilizers to serve in the Pacific Northwest Region. - Catalyze individuals and churches to play a part in inviting all Muslim peoples to follow Jesus. - Mentor and develop potential candidates in the Pacific Northwest Region toward a Long-Term Application and long-term field effectiveness. - Generate new contacts and seek out apostolically gifted and called individuals. - Manage data input into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. - Serve local churches as Frontiers’ ambassador with resources, expertise, and time. - Raise 100% of your financial support (salary, benefits, ministry expenses). Role Description As a Ministry Partner Development (MPD) Coach, you’ll equip, encourage, and walk alongside field workers as they build and maintain a team of prayer and financial partners. This role supports workers both before deployment and while on the field and home staff, providing them with resources and encouragement to help them stay fully funded as they pursue their calling. As MPD Coach, you will: - Provide one-on-one coaching for new appointees in the support-raising process. - Train candidates in biblical and practical approaches to raising support. - Assist in developing individualized MPD plans with goals, timelines, and accountability structures. - Review communication materials (e.g., newsletters, presentations, support letters). - Encourage perseverance and spiritual resilience during the support-building phase. - Collaborate with the FieldPrep department to provide resources for Candidate School as needed. - Provide ongoing MPD coaching and encouragement to missionaries serving cross-culturally. Qualifications - A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a heart for missions. - 3 – 5 years’ experience with personal fundraising or coaching others in support development. - Excellent relationship builder and team player who can collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to encourage, motivate, and coach. - Deep understanding of the spiritual, emotional, and practical dimensions of support raising. - Cross-cultural ministry experience. - Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple relationships and responsibilities. - Ability to raise and maintain personal support.
