Role Description As a Mobilization Coach, you’ll contribute to the mission of Frontiers by clearly communicating the purpose of Frontiers to individuals, churches and organizations. Role Description As a Ministry Partner Development (MPD) Coach, you’ll equip, encourage, and walk alongside field workers as they build and maintain a team of prayer and financial partners. This role supports workers both before deployment and while on the field and home staff, providing them with resources and encouragement to help them stay fully funded as they pursue their calling. As MPD Coach, you will: - Provide one-on-one coaching for new appointees in the support-raising process. - Train candidates in biblical and practical approaches to raising support. - Assist in developing individualized MPD plans with goals, timelines, and accountability structures. - Review communication materials (e.g., newsletters, presentations, support letters). - Encourage perseverance and spiritual resilience during the support-building phase. - Collaborate with the FieldPrep department to provide resources for Candidate School as needed. - Provide ongoing MPD coaching and encouragement to missionaries serving cross-culturally.
