• Analyze contract terms to ensure compliance with company policies and initiate cost optimization. • Verifying payments in the internal payment system against contracts and internal policies. • Oversee and facilitate the process of competitive bidding. • Maintain strong, professional relationships with Miratech’s strategic vendors. • Maintain a procurement competence centre to support best practices and knowledge sharing. • Support continuous improvement in procurement processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with company standards. • Perform other duties as may be required, consistent with the purpose of this role.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in controlling, finance, procurement compliance and procurement operations, or other roles involving contract management and internal procedures.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail when reviewing contracts, payments, and related documentation.
- Results-oriented and confident, with a diplomatic communication style when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in multinational and cross-border environments is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

• Develop and execute category strategies for indirect spend to drive cost savings, improve service levels, and reduce risk. • Analyze spend data, supply markets, and business requirements to identify sourcing opportunities and develop improvement plans. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align category strategies with business objectives. • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers while managing ongoing relationships for performance, compliance, and innovation. • Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable pricing, service levels, terms, and conditions. • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and manage supplier risk, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs). • Lead end-to-end procurement processes: RFP development, bid analysis, contracting, and implementation. • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and corporate governance. • Implement process improvements to streamline purchasing activities and enhance efficiency. • Align with Finance stakeholders to validate/interlock financials • Drive continuous cost reduction initiatives and value delivery through strategic sourcing and demand management. • Monitor and report key performance metrics such as cost savings, supplier performance, and contract utilization. • Provide strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership

• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for physicians and APPs across multiple cardiovascular specialties. • Source candidates using Doximity, PracticeLink, PracticeMatch, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional societies, fellowship programs, referrals, conferences, networking, database searches, cold outreach, and other innovative sourcing techniques. • Build and maintain robust passive candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Conduct physician market mapping and competitor research. • Generate consistent outbound recruiting activity to meet established sourcing KPIs. • Conduct initial outreach to assess candidate qualifications, practice preferences, geographic interests, compensation expectations, and cultural fit. • Perform preliminary qualification interviews and transition qualified candidates to Physician Recruiters. • Build long-term relationships with passive physician candidates. • Provide an exceptional first impression of CVL throughout the recruitment process. • Draft and post physician and APP job advertisements. • Maintain accurate candidate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provider database. • Track sourcing metrics including outreach activity, response rates, qualified candidates, and pipeline health. • Generate recruitment reports and analytics to support leadership decision-making. • Partner with Physician Recruiters to ensure seamless candidate handoffs. • Collaborate with physician leaders and practice administrators to understand hiring priorities, practice details, and community offerings. • Partner with Marketing on recruitment campaigns and employment branding initiatives. • Represent CVL at conferences, fellowship events, career fairs, and networking opportunities. • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
