• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for physicians and APPs across multiple cardiovascular specialties. • Source candidates using Doximity, PracticeLink, PracticeMatch, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional societies, fellowship programs, referrals, conferences, networking, database searches, cold outreach, and other innovative sourcing techniques. • Build and maintain robust passive candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Conduct physician market mapping and competitor research. • Generate consistent outbound recruiting activity to meet established sourcing KPIs. • Conduct initial outreach to assess candidate qualifications, practice preferences, geographic interests, compensation expectations, and cultural fit. • Perform preliminary qualification interviews and transition qualified candidates to Physician Recruiters. • Build long-term relationships with passive physician candidates. • Provide an exceptional first impression of CVL throughout the recruitment process. • Draft and post physician and APP job advertisements. • Maintain accurate candidate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provider database. • Track sourcing metrics including outreach activity, response rates, qualified candidates, and pipeline health. • Generate recruitment reports and analytics to support leadership decision-making. • Partner with Physician Recruiters to ensure seamless candidate handoffs. • Collaborate with physician leaders and practice administrators to understand hiring priorities, practice details, and community offerings. • Partner with Marketing on recruitment campaigns and employment branding initiatives. • Represent CVL at conferences, fellowship events, career fairs, and networking opportunities. • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.

Role Description Plans and implements activities related to the procurement of raw materials, goods and services. Compiles and analyzes statistical data to determine feasibility of buying products and to establish price objectives. Approves and qualifies vendors, obtains quotes, examines bids and makes awards. Follows up on all awards through completion of order. Negotiates with suppliers and analyzes suppliers’ operations to determine factors that affect prices and to determine lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet required schedules. Reviews proposals, negotiates prices, selects or recommends suppliers, analyzes trends, and maintains necessary records. May prepare request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages. Negotiates and settles with suppliers regarding damage claims, rejections, losses, return of materials, over-shipments, cancellations and engineering changes.
