Procurement Analyst
Culligan
• Execute sourcing events (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) across a variety of indirect and/or direct spend categories • Perform spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and consolidation strategies • Support contract negotiations, renewals, and supplier onboarding activities • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and approval frameworks • Maintain and monitor supplier performance metrics (SLAs, KPIs) • Support issue resolution and escalation with vendors and internal stakeholders • Track contract terms, renewal dates, and pricing structures • Partner with Legal to ensure contracts meet risk and compliance standards • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and risk exposures • Develop dashboards and reports for leadership (cost savings, spend by category, supplier performance) • Maintain accurate procurement records within ERP and procurement systems • Act as a procurement business partner to internal departments across North America • Provide guidance on sourcing strategies, supplier selection, and cost optimization • Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance • Support procurement system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives • Contribute to standardization of procurement practices across North America
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
- 3–6 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience with procurement tools or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba)
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting)
- Preferred Experience utilizing AI (MS CoPilot preferred) to create agents and automation to drive analytical efficiencies and accuracy
- Experience supporting multi-site or regional (North America) operations
- Exposure to multiple spend categories (e.g., IT, professional services, facilities, MRO)
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and vendor management
- Certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or CIPS (or in progress)
