• Manage and grow revenue through a portfolio of distributors, VARs, MSPs, and integrators. • Drive engagement, accountability, and opportunity progression across existing strategic partners. • Partner closely with Account Executives on strategic opportunities. • Activate and enable partners to generate leads and close deals. • Work alongside AEs and partners on active opportunities. • Monitor partner pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment. • Increase partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through active partner management.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or alliances roles.
  • Preferably in physical security, SaaS, or networking.
  • Successfully managed and grown a book of channel partners like VARs, MSPs, or distributors.
  • Understand how to prioritize and activate the right partners.
  • Support live opportunities and work cross-functionally with Sales.
  • Build trust and credibility with partners.
  • Motivate them to prioritize your product.
  • Fluent in pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking in CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Must undergo a criminal records check upon hire,
  • Be a British Citizen or eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

Role Description This position manages assigned Commercial Account Managers driving them to identify and develop profitable and long-lasting relationships with qualified customers. Responsible for achievement of individual and region sales growth quotas and assigned account objectives within assigned region for existing and new customers. Responsible for selected territories for third-party sellers. Required to represent the entire range of company products and services, while leading the sales planning/selling cycle and ensuring customers’ needs and expectations are met by team members. Also responsible for ensuring cross-company collaboration and communication to ensure customer satisfaction and growth. This position is a key member of our sales management team and will be expected to be a significant contributor to our continued growth.
