• Design and develop the software installer — a Go-based CLI that automates provisioning, manifest rendering, image bundling, and end-to-end deployment of Reactor to customer environments, including fully air-gapped networks • Build and maintain the blockchain data delivery pipeline — the Java services that package blockchain data in the cloud, deliver it to customer sites, and unpack it for ingestion into the on-premises system • Extend and improve the Admin Portal — a React-based web UI backed by a Node.js server that enables customers to manage users, roles, permissions, and monitor system health on their on-premises installation • Develop infrastructure as code (Terraform) to provision and manage the AWS-based environments used for development, acceptance testing, and data delivery • Collaborate with product service teams to integrate their applications into the on-prem deployment platform, defining deployment configurations, resolving environment-specific issues, and designing multi-tenancy capabilities that ensure secure isolation between tenants • Support FedRAMP compliance requirements by designing audit logging, RBAC policies, package signing, and security hardening into the platform — writing well-tested, well-documented code with unit tests, integration tests, and CI-driven quality gates across Go, Java, and JavaScript
• Write quick-turn blog posts that break down the news of the day. • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to document criminal crypto activity. • Contribute to our biannual flagship reports on crypto crime and the global on-chain economy. • Develop long-term content ideas alongside our Research and Marketing teams. • Investigate complex trends across DeFi and mainstream crypto adoption. • Use Chainalysis' investigative tools to strengthen your storytelling. • Own the accuracy of your work from sourcing to publication.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the Head of R&D and R&D's senior leadership, building and embedding our people strategy to accelerate Chainalysis's transformation to an intelligence company • Lead organizational design and change management across R&D as teams evolve to support new operating models. Understand the distinct workflows and the different operating rhythms of platform engineering, data science, research, product, design, and support. Partner with leadership to design structures that optimize for velocity, ownership, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration • Drive the people side of AI transformation; help leaders understand how AI-augmented productivity is reshaping engineering roles, team sizes, and career trajectories. Evolve technical career frameworks and leveling to reflect the shift toward AI-native development and increased individual ownership • Own workforce planning and talent strategy for R&D, including succession planning, critical-role identification, and retention strategies for deeply specialized technical talent in a competitive market (blockchain, cryptography, data science, security), across our core technology hubs (NYC, Aarhus, and Tel Aviv). Partner with R&D leadership and Finance to ensure organizational design and headcount decisions balance growth investment with operational efficiency and cost discipline • Coach and challenge senior technical leaders on organizational health, performance management, team effectiveness, and employee relations, bringing both data and empathy to difficult conversations. Hold leaders accountable to Chainalysis's cultural standards as the organization scales • Help redefine R&D's operating rhythm and cultural standards; partner with the Head of R&D to reinforce an execution-oriented culture built on pride in craft, operational rigor, urgency, and transparency. Support the people dimensions of OKR-driven planning, quarterly business reviews, and structured accountability across a global, hybrid organization • Use data to see around corners; leverage people analytics to diagnose organizational health, identify attrition risks, and surface trends before they become systemic. Bring the same analytical rigor to people decisions that R&D brings to technical ones
• Build strong working relationships with key partners in-region, including SI’s, consulting firms, resellers, distributors, and MSPs, and serve as the primary point of contact for partner engagement within the geo. • Drive partner enablement so partners can effectively position Chainalysis, qualify opportunities, navigate sales plays, and work within our channel processes and requirements. • Develop and execute joint plans with priority partners in AMER to increase partner-sourced pipeline, improve partner engagement, and expand partner contribution to regional growth. • Work closely with regional sales leaders, AEs, RevOps, Marketing, and Partnerships to align partners to the right accounts, opportunities, and go-to-market motions in-region. • Identify high-potential regional partners to prioritize, grow existing partner performance, and help recruit new partners where there is clear market opportunity or coverage need. • Support internal field enablement in AMER so sellers understand when and how to engage partners, the relevant program guidelines, and how to work effectively with indirect routes to market. • Run a consistent operating cadence with top partners, including business reviews, pipeline check-ins, account mapping, and escalation management where needed. • Track partner activity and outcomes in partnership with RevOps and sales, including partner-sourced pipeline, training progress, and overall partner performance in the region. • Coordinate closely with the broader Partnerships team to ensure regional execution is aligned to the overall program while remaining focused on in-market partner activation and revenue growth.

• Own attribution for the most complex, high-stakes parts of the ecosystem, and set the standard for how it’s done. • Design and lead the AI/automation that scales attribution across the team. • Shape collection strategy — what data we need and how we get it. • Mentor analysts and raise the team’s tradecraft. • Contribute analyses and insights that feed our products and customers. • Become a certified cryptocurrency professional across all Chainalysis certifications.
• Build, lead, and mentor two high-performing engineering teams spanning clustering infrastructure and exposure data systems. • Drive the technical vision and roadmap across both domains, balancing reliability, scalability, cost efficiency, and speed of iteration. • Own the re-architecture of exposure systems to trace funds in real time, combating nation-state actors and darknet markets. • Evolve the next-generation clustering platform, ensuring Chainalysis stays ahead of an ever-changing blockchain landscape. • Partner with data producers, consumers, and product stakeholders to deliver a world-class developer and data science experience. • Establish engineering processes, tooling, and best practices that accelerate your teams and the broader organization. • Dive into hard problems hands-on when needed - architecture decisions, incident response, or unblocking the team. • Champion a culture of quality, correctness, and continuous improvement across mission-critical data systems.
