Salesforce MDM Engineer

Alongside

• Master Data Management (MDM) solution implementation and configuration • Data modelling, data governance and data quality initiatives • Customer, Product, Supplier and Reference Data management • Data matching, merging and survivorship rule configuration • Enterprise data integration using APIs, ETL and middleware solutions • Data migration, cleansing and enrichment projects • Data stewardship processes and governance frameworks • Collaboration with international business, data and engineering teams • Scalable and maintainable enterprise data management solutions

Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in Master Data Management, Data Management or a strong academic/project background (Junior)
  • Understanding of MDM concepts, data governance and data quality principles (Junior)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, relational databases or ETL processes (Junior)
  • Motivation to grow in enterprise data environments (Junior)
  • Good communication skills in English (Junior)
  • 3+ years of experience working with MDM or enterprise data management solutions (Mid-Level)
  • Hands-on experience with at least one MDM platform (such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, Semarchy, Profisee, SAP MDG or similar) (Mid-Level)
  • Experience with data modelling, matching and survivorship rules (Mid-Level)
  • Knowledge of APIs, ETL tools and enterprise system integrations (Mid-Level)
  • Understanding of data governance and data quality best practices (Mid-Level)
  • Ability to work autonomously in remote and international environments (Mid-Level)
  • 5+ years of experience delivering MDM solutions in enterprise environments (Senior)
  • Strong knowledge of Master Data Management architecture and integration patterns (Senior)
  • Experience designing scalable MDM solutions across multiple business domains (Senior)
  • Experience with enterprise data governance frameworks and data quality initiatives (Senior)
  • Ability to mentor team members and contribute to technical and functional decisions (Senior)
