Role Purpose: Provide enterprise strategic direction and governance for Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-value solutions while integrating with SharePoint and content management services. Core Accountabilities - Define and lead enterprise Power Platform strategy and roadmap aligned to AI, automation, and digital transformation priorities. - Establish governance model including environment strategy, DLP policies, and lifecycle management. - Drive integration of Power Platform with SharePoint for workflow automation and content management. - Serve as enterprise product owner and define architecture standards and deployment models. - Lead adoption through training, enablement, and citizen developer community engagement. - Track adoption, productivity gains, and ROI to demonstrate business value. Qualifications - Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. - Strong background in SharePoint Online and content management. - Experience leading platform strategy, governance, or product ownership. - Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and DLP frameworks. - Power platform experience - co pilot studio. Role Description You begin your week inside the data, reviewing engagement metrics from the online community platform, identifying patterns in participation, unanswered member needs, and opportunities to improve how members are interacting with content, volunteers, and one another. From there, your attention shifts into operational execution: - Coordinating with volunteer moderators to ensure community guidelines are clear, engagement is consistent, and issues are addressed quickly and thoughtfully. - Actively adjusting how the system works in real time. Midweek, you’re deep in mentorship program operations: - Reviewing onboarding flows. - Supporting mentor and mentee matching. - Troubleshooting participant issues. - Refining communications. - Adjusting program mechanics based on feedback. You also manage the educational abstract and submission process: - Ensuring timelines are met. - Processing submissions correctly. - Supporting reviewers. - Providing participants with a clear and accessible experience from start to finish.
