We are now looking for a Network Engineer that will be responsible for performing design optimization and audit of a network to meet customer requirements. The position is applicable for design & optimization of RAN, BBA, Transmission, Core, OM, and Services Networks. You will be engaged in the whole process from pre-sales of services and networks to service delivery andacceptance.The role focuses on executing design, audit, and optimization of services, where you will be accountable for part of the solution and of the service process. Hereby, you should be able to keep time, performance, and quality according to Ericsson requirements and customer contracts. Qualifications- Recent graduate or final-year student in Electronics and Communications Engineer, Data engineering, Computer Science or a related field. (2025/2026 Graduate)- Up to 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships, thesis projects, student leadership roles or part-time work in planning, analytics, PMO or coordination are highly valued).- Experience using Excel and at least one project or task planning tool (e.g. MS Project, Planner, Trello, or similar) is a plus.- Location: BGC Taguig- Target start date: July-August 2026

• Technical Problem Resolution : Identify, research, and resolve technical problems related to IT equipment and software applications • Multi-Channel Support : Respond to support requests via tickets, phone, and email in a timely and professional manner • Microsoft 365 Troubleshooting : Diagnose and troubleshoot Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 issues (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) • Issue Tracking : Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely and lasting resolutions • Team Collaboration : Communicate and collaborate with regional IT team members on infrastructure and support matters • Business Tool Support : Support and maintain business-critical tools such as Excel, Power BI, and VPN clients

• Architect, design, and implement highly complex, scalable, and secure network solutions across global data centers, cloud environments, and corporate offices. • Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of cutting-edge networking technologies and vendors. • Develop and champion network strategy, roadmaps, and best practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards. • Serve as a top-tier subject matter expert for all network-related issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution for critical incidents. • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and senior network engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence. • Drive automation initiatives for network provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using scripting and orchestration tools. • Collaborate closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless integration and robust security posture. • Conduct regular network performance analysis, capacity planning, and optimization to ensure optimal operation and user experience. • Present complex technical concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, firewall, and load-balancing infrastructure across multi-site and multi-cloud environments • Monitor network performance (SolarWinds, Datadog, ThousandEyes) and proactively resolve issues before they impact service delivery and SLA targets • Implement network security controls including firewall rule sets, IDS/IPS, segmentation, NAC, and zero-trust architecture principles • Design and manage AWS network infrastructure — VPCs, subnets, route tables, IGW, NAT Gateways, and ELBs — for scalable, highly available architectures • Configure AWS Transit Gateway and VPC peering for secure, low-latency connectivity across accounts, regions, and on-premises environments • Implement AWS Direct Connect and Site-to-Site VPN for hybrid connectivity between HealthEdge data centers and AWS • Administer AWS Route 53 including private hosted zones, resolver rules, and health-check-based routing policies • Manage AWS Security Groups, Network ACLs, AWS Network Firewall, and AWS Shield for least-privilege access and DDoS protection • Leverage AWS CloudWatch, VPC Flow Logs, and AWS Network Manager for observability, traffic analysis, and anomaly detection • Support Azure or GCP networking as required — VNets /VPCs, peering, and hybrid connectivity • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, triaging and resolving network incidents per SLA targets; contribute to post-incident reviews to drive MTTR reduction • Execute network changes through established change management processes; serve as Tier 3 escalation resource for complex issues • Develop automation scripts and IaC (Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, Python) to improve monitoring, alerting, and network deployment workflows • Maintain topology diagrams, runbooks, IPAM, and change records; support DR testing, vendor coordination, and legacy environment consolidation • Collaborate across Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, and Application teams; mentor junior team members
