Role Description The Accounting Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for hotel staff on various aspects of hospitality accounting. - Conduct training sessions on night audit, accounts receivable/payable, and month-end procedures. - Deliver training on Stonebridge accounting policies and procedures. - Provide training through virtual sessions and hands-on coaching. - Assist with the development of new training and updating current training documents. - Conduct hotel system trainings including but not limited to PMS, POS, Financials, and AP processing. - Training will include current and newly acquired Stonebridge properties. - Assess each property’s compliance with policies and procedures. - Assist with onboarding of new properties to assimilate with the accounting team. - Travel required. - Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines. - Any other duties as required by management. Qualifications - Microsoft Excel skillset required. - Excellent attention to detail and pattern recognition. - Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a hotel front office, administrative, or accounting role preferred. - Knowledge of USALI or GAAP preferred but not mandatory. Requirements - Ability to conduct training sessions effectively. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Willingness to travel as required. Role Description We are seeking an Accounting Operations Analyst to work closely with our Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in corporate accounting and finance (CPA/CMA preferred) and will own day-to-day accounting operations, including corporate AR/AP, vendor and contract management, and expense management through Ramp.
