Role Description Du arbeitest aktiv an der spannenden Schnittstelle zwischen Arbeitsrecht und HR Betreuung mit, wobei dein Schwerpunkt im Arbeitsrecht liegt. - Du bist für Rechercheaufgaben zu abstrakten Rechtsfragen zuständig. - Du berätst unser HR Team zu arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen. - Du erstellst und bearbeitest eigenständig Personaldokumente und Arbeitsvertragsentwürfe. - Du unterstützt die HR Business Partner in ihrer täglichen Arbeit, auch im Recruiting und bei anderen operativen Prozessen wie z.B. beim Onboarding und dem Erstellen von Dokumenten. - Du unterstützt bei der unternehmensweiten Implementierung von arbeitsrechtlichen Rechtsprechungs- und Gesetzgebungsänderungen. Qualifications - Du studierst Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder befindest dich im Referendariat und hast wöchentlich mind. 12-15 Stunden Zeit bei uns zu arbeiten. - Idealerweise hast du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika. - Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert. - Eigenmotivation und eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sind für dich selbstverständlich. - Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachniveau und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Level C1).
