Learning & Development Specialist
WBS
• Design modern learning and development offerings for employees and leaders • Support leaders professionally in the development of their team members • Translate development needs from departments into appropriate measures • Advise defined business and central departments on development, leadership and team topics • Analyze development needs and prioritize them together with relevant stakeholders • Derive suitable measures • Contribute to the L&D strategy and develop the L&D portfolio in a needs-oriented and effective way • Plan, organize and evaluate training programs in collaboration with internal and external partners • Deliver smaller trainings, workshops or learning impulses yourself when needed • Contribute to digital solutions, reports and workflows to further develop L&D processes.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Learning & Development
- Experience advising and supporting leaders, employees or specialist departments
- Initial experience in designing or delivering trainings, workshops or learning formats — or a strong desire to develop these skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive concrete recommendations from needs, data and feedback
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills as well as a strong service orientation
- Confident use of digital tools and AI applications
