• Apoiar atividades de criação e desenvolvimento de peças gráficas, como peças para posts de redes sociais e campanhas publicitárias; • Finalização de artes no tratamento e editoração de imagens; • Participação no processo criativo de concepção de ideias e insights a partir de briefings; • Elaboração de layouts e conteúdo para posts/postagens; • Desenvolvimento de artes para clientes e projetos especiais; • Diagramação de materiais gráficos; • Gerenciamento das redes sociais dos clientes e da agência; • Elaboração de relatórios de performances das redes sociais; • Prestar assistência à Diretoria de Marketing e Comunicação da agência; • Dentre outras atividades concernentes ao Design Gráfico para a empresa e seus clientes.

Title: Designer - Accessories (Hybrid from NY) Location: New York United States Job Category: Product Development Requisition Number: DESIG006605 Full-Time Hybrid Job Description: This is a hybrid role with three weeks per month onsite (Mon - Thurs). The fourth week is fully remote. We are seeking an Accessories Designer with strong product design expertise across soft and hard accessories, including jewelry, bags, cold weather accessories, belts, scarves, hats, gloves, and other lifestyle items. This role is responsible for creating seasonal accessories collections that align with department strategies and overall business objectives while delivering brand-right, commercially viable product for the Lands' End customer. The Accessories Designer will develop seasonal concepts, themes, and color stories, translating trend insights into compelling assortments. This role requires a strong understanding of materials, fabrication, construction, trims, print, pattern, and color, as well as the ability to balance design creativity with functionality and cost considerations. The Designer will collaborate closely with vendors, mills, and factories to develop unique materials, textures, and finishes that support the brand's quality standards. Key responsibilities include developing concept boards and presentations, conducting trend and market research, creating flat sketches and detailed specifications, and overseeing prototype development from initial concept through production. The Accessories Designer will partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sourcing, and Quality to ensure timely execution, cost targets, and product integrity. This role also includes mentoring associate and assistant designers while building strong working relationships across the organization. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location, and business or organizational needs. This position may also be eligible for annual merit increase, bonus, and/or incentive compensation.
